So, who are we?

We are some crazy zaney folks trying to make our way in this hostile economy.  Jason Koertge, founder of the popular news blog in Panama City Beach, PCBDaily.com, and Karen Smith, who’s behind the Panama City Beach Hot Sheet teamed up and pooled their resources to bring the Hot Sheet to you live, weekly, up to date and on VIDEO!

Karen has been in the real estate industry practically since birth and Jason has been in and out of it since 2003.

The Beach Show is a weekly internet tv show that is aired at 9 am every Wednesday on the web site.  The sole purpose is to show off the extremely great deals that can be had in buying Panama City Beach real estate. With the way the economy has gone, housing prices have fallen substantially, and sometimes it’s just crazy at how cheap real estate in Panama City Beach has gotten. Each week we analyze the active listings on Panama City Beach and look over each property to determine how good a’ deal it really is.  If it makes the list, we show up on location, cameras-in-tow, and shoot each Deal Section in the actual property.  This does two things - It helps give you a good picture of the property we are talking about, AND It helps US better convey the awesomeness of each particular property.

So, how do the properties make the cut?

Well, as Panama City Beach real estate is our passion, we are well versed in the area and know where the good areas are, as well as the not so good areas, and the areas that are cool if the price is right.  Actually, Karen’s expertise is the magic behind that madness.  Each week, she’s immersed in the market and knows exactly what’s available.  If we actually told you the amount of time she spent just looking around the MLS, you’d scream “nerd-alert, nerd-alert.”

Just how good are these deals?

How good, you ask?  So good that many are under contract before the week is over.  Most of the properties that are featured on the show have either:

• Been on the market for a while and the sellers have just lowered the price to what the market will accept,
• Just came on the market at just the right price,
• Or, a diamond in the rough that WE FOUND and YOU BOUGHT!

Put simply, these properties will be sold without our efforts.  We do not work for the sellers, nor do we receive any compensation from them (other than the real estate sales commission) for featuring their property.  The Beach Show is for YOU, the BUYER.  The Beach Show is to show you the hottest real estate on Panama City Beach that you need to be buying.  This is a buyers market, and you need to be on the look out - we’re here to help you buy real estate.

That’s right.  The Beach Show consists of three distinct sections.  At first, we were doing the whole show on video, but the demands of production were overwhelming, so we decided to do The Three Hot Deals of the Week on video and write the other stuff up as a regular article.  Every week each section will be published at 3 pm CST.
